The Tories Tried to Silence Cradley and Wollescote locals - don't let them.

Silenced 2

Two years ago, Ryan Priest put together a petition to Save Foxcote Field from plans to build 1500 houses. The petition attracted over 600 signatures from concerned members of the community, all of whom wanted to protect this valuable green space. Despite this, the Conservative-run council never even bothered to reply.

Foxcote Field is a site of historical, natural and community importance. It has been a well-being lifeline to locals particularly throughout the pandemic. Despite this, the council has taken no action to shelve plans. Vague words of support do nothing, real action is what our community needs.

By ignoring the petition, the Conservative Party are trying to silence residents in Cradley and Wollescote. Yet they have the nerve to pose for photos on the site, to tell us that our Greenbelt is under threat.

We have a Tory Mayor, Tory MP, Tory Council, and a Tory Government. There's only one party that our Greenbelt is under threat from.

Ryan's record is clear. Two years of absolute opposition to any plans that would damage such a vital community lifeline. Lend him your vote on May 6th, and he can carry on this fight.

We have a council that is elected by the people, but serves the interests of property developers. Every vote for the Conservatives is a vote that says that this is fine, every vote for Labour is one for a party that has not done enough to stand up to the Tories.

We need a councillor from our community, who will fight for our community.
