Dogs Trust - election campaign

I was very pleased to get the letter from your Chief Executive Offiucer about the work of the Dogs Trust. As a dog owner, coming from a dog owning family, I have been aware for many years of the valuable work done by the Canine Defence League. I was very pleased to be brought up to date with your organisation's new title and latest concerns. The slogan "a dog is for life not just for Christmas" is so true, and a valuable reminder of the responsibilities of dog ownership. I very much support your campaigns on microchipping, greyhound welfare, the problem of dangerous and "status" dogs, and battery farming of dogs. I am interested to hear some more about the issues surrounding the sale of puppies in pet shops - do please send me a copy of your "doggy manifesto".
