The proposed Scottish hustings for the Lib Dem leadership has had to be rearranged. On Monday 13th February, a key Westminster debate and vote on ID cards has been called for - this was only notified to the Liberal Democrats at the weekend.

At the County Council meeting today, the Liberal Democrats on Surrey County Council opposed the 2006/07 budget proposed by the Conservative administration.
